pai say

i was at bi-lo last night, queueing to buy the optus rechange because they are having that 20% discount.. and the asian cashier was so grumpy looking, and curt to the customers in front of me. but when it came to my turn, she broke out a little smile and we had a little small talk.. how nice =)

looking for a church

i guess this isn’t news anymore but i am going back to singapore for good.. and i am looking for a new church.. any recommendations? here’s an incomplete list of “requirements” that would make me happy..

  1. word-based bible church
  2. similar age group as me.. trust me, i’ve been to st andrews sydney, and everyone’s so old! hard to fellowship..
  3. english speaking crowd.. i’m forsaking my chinese heritage, almost all of it..
  4. east side of singapore if possible.. if i wanna contribute as much as possible, it shouldn’t be too hard to travel to..
  5. not forgetting LOVING church.. the theme of God is love, not riches..

how i describe my relationship with God

When the world is cold
And I need a friend to hold
You give me love
You give me love
And when my hope is gone
And I feel I can’t go on
You pick me up
You give me love
You give me love

being a non-christian

sometimes it’s so saddening to be a non-christian.. there’s absolutely no one else to turn to, except yourself, how horrifying is that?

striking oz lotto

hey people! i struck oz lotto.. won $13.40.. but i actually paid $25.30 for the ticket.. so what’s the point? hahaha

i think her latest image doesn’t suit her very well..

tiger woods

i am quite impressed with tiger woods. it’s really important to have good work ethics, probably something you can’t learn overnight nor in australia.. hahahahah joking, joking..

weird nightmare

i had the weirdest dream last night. it was a rather long story, so i shall cut short to the nightmare part. i dreamt that i was a DHL package handler. the setting was in singapore, i think.. no offence to the people who actually are DHL employees, but i’m definitely not built to be one..
